Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Experience in managing service delivery across multiple suppliers and geographies in the logistics industry.
2. Experience in support and outsourcing environment
3. Familiar with customs brokerage, transportation (including air freight, ocean freight and Multi-modal etc ), warehousing operation in international markets(especially US and CN)
4. Strong presence and relationship-building capability
5. Contract management and negotiation skill
6. Support RFI/RFP and familiar with SOP process
7. Analytics and metrics driven

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 10+ years of experience with complex Supply Chain Operation
3. Logistic experience strongly preferred
4. Customer Service experience strongly preferred.
5. Mandarin Speaking is plus.

Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager must leverage the company’s enterprise resources and capabilities in creating and fulfilling value-based solutions, to meet both the customer’s and company’s current requirements and expectations as well as future potential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Lead quarterly / annual meetings with customer executives and end users.
2.Address ad-hoc customer issues.
3.Position and Sell additional services into customer base.
4.Develop clear understanding of executive and management level needs
5.Provide supply chain planning expertise and high level consulting to customers.
6.Maintain customer and pipeline information in CRM system.
7.Customer segmentation for key accounts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree required, Supply Chain Manager major is plus.
2. 9+ years of experience with complex sales
3. Demonstrated dynamic leadership experience
4. 9+ years of experience with supply chain and demand planning
5. Logistics industry experience strongly preferred.
6. Customer Service technology experience strongly preferred.
